This small food truck on the side of a busy road blew my mind. The most beautifully plated Mexican food I’ve ever had. From the tacos to the burritos to the churro bites, everything was decorated and not to mention delicious. I recommend trying the rice, it was a favorite for all. Some of the best food we ate on our trip.
