The bartender, Katie, was fantastic. She was pleasant, attentive amd professional. Unbelievable beer selection. Loved the Gaelic Ale. Food was excellent and service better. Missy was a fantastic server for us here. We had never been to Mellow Mushroom before and she recommended the Magical Mystery Tour Pizza and a Spinach dip appetizer. We loved both. Kudos to the chef and thank you Missy for the recommendation. Definitely will be coming back!

We always have a great time when we eat at Mellow Mushroom, it is one of my family's favorite restaurants. Elmo always takes great care of us and she always goes the extra mile to make sure that you have a great experience. The food is excellent and even our picky toddler loves the cheese bread and pizza. Dined in tonight for a family birthday dinner and we had a great experience! Lexi was an amazing, very kind, and attentive server! She handled the party very well, our drinks stayed full, and she made sure we were taken care of! The food was great, hot, and all correct, and sometimes with a party of our size-it can be overwhelming! However she handled it effortlessly and made our experience a great one! Held a small networking event here this past weekend and it couldn't have gone any better... The food.. great. Service.. our server Courtney was amazing! Very attentive and just flat out cool. We went to the Florence, SC location tonight for my nieces 10th birthday and had the party room! Our server was Lexi, and she was amazing. There was about 25 of us and she never missed a beat! Our drinks stayed full, our food came out right, and hot, and she always had a smile on her face! The management was great and made sure we were taken care of as well! We had about 9 pizzas of all sizes and flavors and they were all delicious! We will definitely be doing more family gatherings here-especially if Lexi is our server! They burnt my wigs for a appetizer, then burnt my pizza! The waitress knew it was bad and brought it regardless. She then apologized and said she knew it would be a problem and said I'm sorry. Funny how now a days, I'm sorry fixes everything. The cook came out and said the wing were double baked, not burnt. When ranch doesn't cover the burnt up, there's a problem. No issues with a burnt pizza. The waitress knew there was a problem! I walked out! Just another day in Florence SC. Don't worry about responding. You failed again, just a different state. My first time at a Mellow Mushroom . We had our Aussie with us, and they are pet friendly on the patio. We were greeted right away, and there was water for our pup. We ordered Artichoke dip to start. Cosmic Karma Pizza, Calzone, Enlightened Spinach Salad and Mushroom Soup. Everything was very good. I really liked the freshness of my salad and the vinegrette dressing. The mushroom soup had great flavor, It was very thick and would make a good starter for a mushroom cream sauce on pasta. Everyone left happy.
