They are really starting to pick it up with faster service lately. 8 people were behind the counter but spent most of the time I waited standing at fry bin talking and socializing. The supervisor complained about another how he had to make a breakfast order during the afternoon in front of me. The tables were not wiped clean and floor was dirty looking. The cashier stood there looking at me saying “do you need something?” And I responded that I need to pay with cash. He shoved my change back at me at x turned and left the counter. I don’t think I have ever had a correct order from this location. Something is always missing or wrong items given, and often the food is cold. I've never had any problems with the food itself from this McDonald's. Their drive-thru feels like it moves fairly quickly. Driver be warned though it moves quickly because they frequently pull people out of line and have them sit in parking spots to wait for their food. I visited this McDonalds on Rt 38 E. in Mt Holly today and ordered the Big Mac bundle box and a 20 piece McNuggets at the drive through, when I arrived home and took a bite of one of the Cheeseburgers there was an immediate burnt taste of the bun in my mouth. I separated the buns and they were extremely burnt, I then inspected the buns of the Big Mac’s and they too were burnt! I will not be going back to this store anytime soon and will drive the extra few miles to the Mount Laurel McDonalds!
