I go thru drive thru and order only two fresh chocolate chip cookies. I pay and I wait. Five mins later the guy in drive thru hands me my cookies and says " make sure their fresh" with a smirk on his face . I said I guess their fresh their hot. I leave. I waited maybe five more minutes before eating them and I can't even bite the cookie. Clearly it wasn't fresh ,they had heated them up in the microwave. Wow imagine that! So I call the restaurant and speak with the manager ( Victor ). He says he cooked them ,they were fresh. Umm excuse me but I guess honesty went out the window with the microwaved cookies . Not only does Stratton family inc employ dishonest lazy employees but they promote dishonest employees to management!! I'll spend my money elsewhere as should you.

I came thru the drive thru an used my rewards at least I gave them a code an the person working didn't do my code. I went inside the restaurant an spoke to someone an still no help. The employees at this location are consistently rude and unhelpful. I take my children for ice cream occasionally and there is always something annoying to deal with at this location. It is usually that they fill the Mcflurry cup half way, put one teaspoon of topping on it or don't even bother to stir it. The prices are ridiculous for the quality and amount that you get. We ordered curbside online. When we arrived, we put in the parking space number. App said it would be out in 2-5 minutes. 25 minutes later and I go into the store and ask about our order. After we told the young lady our order, she said, " Oh, we didn't know where it went." This isn't the first time we have had problems at this location. But, it'll be our last. We'll drive the extra miles to go to the Tri-City. Spindale bites. Service: 1

Staff are fairly nice for the most part but the last 3 happy meals that I've gotten there, I asked for barbecue sauce and they put nothing in the box. Probably won't be going anytime soon because dry nuggets are not the best lunch. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
