Ordered via the APP while in the parking lot. Most of the food was ready when I arrived at the window. I was told to park in a space to wait for the last item in my order, (box of 13 cookies). So, I waited well over 5 minutes, which wouldn't be bad, but the rest of my food was cold, not lukewarm, out right cold. I believe if my order was timed differently, i.e., cookies made were first, followed by the fries and sandwiches, then the food would not have been cold.
