Didn’t expect for a Mc Donald’s to look like this but it was one of a kind. Service was like any other but the building its self is beautiful. Staff was nice, service fast and restaurant super clean. Lots of parking and well lit parking lot. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Solow Sports

Going here ever since it opened. They keep improving the location. Certainly a gem for the area as one of kind things like this are harder and harder to come by. Hope they open up the upstairs more but eating in the circular glass room is an experience you cant get anywhere else, none the less in a franchise. We went there around 10pm and the closing time was 11. While we were eating the guy who works there was we are going to close in 10 min and when we checked the time it was 10:30. So we’re kind of rush to finish the food but the guy kept banging the chair while he’s cleaning the table and make us very uncomfortable ! But the McDonald building was nice and pretty! Some spanish speaking employees mocked me already several times in spanish when I mentioned that something about my order was wrong (I wasn't rude when I did). Immediately they started talking to each other, not even behind my back, but right in front of me, only with each other, and I know it's mockery. Just because they speak in a different language doesn't make me ignorant, I know when someone is being disrespectful. I have to mention that some of them are very nice, especially some cashiers. Mostly the kitchen staff who gives you food is very rude and arrogant. Overall it feels like there is a gang of employees working there that just talk constantly about customers in an arrogant manner and don't even hide it. Was probably my last time going there.

My family of 4 came from Connecticut just to see the McMansion. They have kiosks like all other McDonalds. They also bring food to your table like all other McDonalds. Server was very nice and professional. Food was great! However, we were there between 9 and 9:30. Place closes at 11. Girl who was sweeping was doing so all around us and banging the metal chairs into eachother and sliding around on floor. We were sitting in the round glass room. It's large with high ceilings throughout. You can imagine how that makes metal chairs banging around echo even louder. It was annoying and very awkward. When we got up to leave we noticed she dragged a bag of garbage along the floor leaking green stuff. Left it there while she swept elsewhere. She also turned the garbage cans around so I had to open up dirty bag to squeeze my garbage into it. It was nasty and smelly! It was around 9:30 and again, they close at 11. When we got to the door and looked back she already had that section blocked off. We felt forced to leave.....so we did. We only came for the experience. It's a beautiful place. Service was great and food. If this girl did this to us, she'll do it to others. So our great experience was ruined. I'd recommend going from open to about 8:30. Don't go after that, you'll be disappointed and angry. I'll share my experience with family and friends who live on and around Long Island.
