I'm not saying McDonald's has "Bad Food" What I am saying is, McDonald's food is too mediocre to charge $4.29 for a double cheeseburger. $3 and change for a small fry. Fast food is meant to be four things. Fast, inexpensive, hot and filling! Everybody said $15 an hour is a livable minimum wage. I'm able to use app codes at any other McDonald's. Yet, I've been to this location on 3 separate occasions and they always say that the code is invalid. And always suggest to cancel the code and try to generate a new one, although the app doesn't allow a code to be used for another 15 minutes. Service: 1

So I had an upsetting experience here, I won't completely base my overall review on this because it is a McDonald's and it could and probably does happen to people daily. Order got mixed up and they almost made me keep a meal that was in someone else's possession. They made me a new meal and I left 20 min after the fact. The shift Manger was combative and rude when all I asked for was his name to file a complaint against for poor customer service. All because him and the workers did not know how to read English to understand the coupon inquired. I asked for the store manager name and contact information and the shift Manager would not comply and refused to knowledge my request and assisted he was going to call the police on me because he felt threatened due to I asked for his name and Manager name. These are the issues with franchise facilities, no one holds employees like this shift manager who was in conflict with me accountable for their actions. I am never coming back, I will be going to the other McDonald's down the street and recommend others to not support this establishment and go to a corporate facility further down on route 3. It is better in service and mannerisms and not as ghetto as the franchise. I hope the store manager/owner reads this and re-trains his employees to provide its customers great service instead of provide horrible service and when someone ask for their name. To give it instead of threatening customer to call police and not disengaged anymore. However since I could not get the shift managers name and he bullied the other employees to not say anything, I tool a picture of the $13.75/hr shift manager. I really hope the Store Owner contact me back, I can provide pictures of the disrespectful shift manager who refused to give me his name! BTW this incident occurred on Sept. 4 around 7:30ish maybe the Store Owner is able to identify the shift manager and retrain the misleaded manager to a better, sensible manager in addition, if I could get this McDonald's zero stars, I would!!!!! Thursday, August 31, 2023 around 10PM - the staff at the drive thru were respectful and friendly! And my food was neatly packed in the paper bag. Ok so since they have added the option of ordering for your self it has improved my opinion. Less interaction with the staff at the location is you best bet. They are rude, unhappy, not helpful and could give a shit ..and they let you know it. Some customer centric at all. Regardless that it's a McDonald's..it is a brand and a restaurant and particularly at this one staff make you feel like you have inconvenience them for asking them to do their job. The food is fine. They don't pay attention to special requests, and God forbid you ask. It's better to preorder or self order is all I am saying. It's relatively clean. No wipes were available at door which they should have esp since they have a stand. It is what is..but it could be decent if the staff and management cared
