I Grew up going to this McDonald’s and I will forever remember it as the Small Building I would get most of my Inspector Gadget and Monsters Inc Happy Meal Toys, I Returned back for a few days and I decided to get breakfast and boy did it taste like Childhood the Sausage Biscuits and Hash browns were so Good that I wanted to stay all day, I definitely recommend going there especially for Breakfast. Staff member refused to check out at the register, went over to the kiosk, "must order here.". I said "I want to pay cash.". She said "mobile app.". I said "cash" and held out a $20; her reply "no, mobile app.". Limited time for a lunch break, and too much of a headache to argue. Said "Forget it, I'll buy lunch elsewhere.". Not sure if I'll try this location anytime soon... Meal type Lunch Service: 1

Just want to shout out Miranda at the drive thru she always works late nights but somehow manages to be the kindest person I talk to all evening, if you own this place do not lose this employee and immediately think about promotion, she’s too good to lose! Anytime you go inside it’s a disgrace. I can’t talk to a human and order. They send me to a machine for the machine to send me back to a human. And funny enough the machine didn’t work and I had to add stuff on at the counter. This is a disgrace for a huge corporation. It's McDonald's. The service was poor. I had to wait more than 5 minutes for someone to take my order. I was the only one in line. Update, dropping another star. Next visit was just as bad. Refused to take my order at the register and she took my order at a kiosk. Also the medium size fries was only half full. Went late around 11pm and the staff was so kind. Both girls at the window were very pleasant and not rude like many other locations. And the food was fresh and great. Thank youuuu

Update: been back plenty of times, and food and service is always on point. Nice for a McDonald's. Clean on the inside, and the food came quickly. Went there after midnight. Not many people working nor shopping. I arrived with my friend and we had not decided what to order until we got to the drive thru. There was no one behind us the lady instructed us to pull around. Because of this we had to wait 15 min for a new code to get a medium fry. Again we pulled around and informed service. They said we were 'blocking' the drive thru. I assured them that 1. there were 2 lanes and we were not blocking anyone and 2. should anyone pull up we'd get out of the way and that we weren't obstructing the business just that we wanted to order when the code was ready. She responded by ignoring us once we place the order and paid. it wasn't until law enforcement arrived that the food was given, which it was for in the first place. biggest power trip i've ever seen in my life for pointing out the lack of customers in the graveyard shift at mcdonalds. that and a 2nd drive thru lane... i have never seen anything like it. hoping ownership is able to identify and correct this type of petty behavior. in the end thank you NWPD for helping us get our chicken nuggets and fries. we thought it was foolish for them to deny an already paid order Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
