A week ago

While passing through the town, I decided to stop for a fish sandwich meal. The food was served quite promptly, but unfortunately, the fish sandwich was rubbery and cold. Additionally, the fries were overly salty and seemed to have been left out for a while. I'm puzzled as to how the management could justify serving such poor-quality food at such inflated prices. We stopped at the McDonald's in Gila Bend on our way back from Phoenix. We just wanted ice cream and coffee. They said their ice cream machine was not working. Last time we stopped we got an overpriced and substandard breakfast. Don't waste your time and money at this McDonald's. We won't. This Mc Donald's in Gila Bend evening shift around 9pm are all EXCELLENT and Happy 😁... Feeling tired driving from Phoenix to Yuma was cool to be greeted by a bunch of happy, energetic, yet professional. Wasn’t impressed very slow service. When the manger gave me my food she didn’t give us the milkshakes I ordered when I asked her about it she blamed the employees behind the cash register. But they were dealing with a long line up. After waiting and watching her fill other people’s orders I had an enough and asked once again about my drinks. She gave me attitude that she was behind. I wasn’t to pleasant after this as I told her she had time to fill other orders after mine that I she should have make mine ordered was completed before she went on to the next one. Finally got the milkshakes. And now about the food I ordered a McChicken. It was not very appetizing all I got was a bun with what looked and tasted like yesterday’s chicken fried twice. There was no lettuce or any mayonnaise on it. Just two small pieces of pickle. We would already on the road when I noticed this. If I had not been. On 01/10/23 Stop at McDonald’s for coffee and those tasty strawberry and cream pies about 6:00 AM - The manager “Breanna” has a nasty bad attitude and personality. An employee asked Breanna a question and Breanna at her to wait with a very angry voice in front of about 7 customers. I hope the company or owner replaces her because your going to loss customers.
