Spoke to ANNA (7:50pm)the manager found a hair on my QP the hair is still in the burger so that they can see they need to wear there hairnets. As we walked in the trash can was over filled with trash inside and outside. There was a homeless person laying on the ground outside the door. The inside was very clean. Unfortunately, they didn't have any napkins at all. Also, the men's restroom does not have a changing table. Being a popular stop for families I can't believe they don't have changing tables. Asked me what sauce I wanted with my chicken nuggets, then didn't give me sauce. Fries were old tasted like they were made over 30min ago and sitting under a lamp. We ordered a Coke and they gave us a Dr. Pepper. Yeah, seriously not worth my time going to jack in the box next time. PS. I just Doordashed Wingstop for $35.00 to feed my family and spent $42.00 driving thru mcdonalds for a poor service and less than desirable food. There was a guy begging for food inside the place and the kiosk ordering system is awful. Good luck getting any deals at all unless you bring cash, tell them it didn't work, and then order at the counter. Will not return.
