We visited over winter break at lunch time, when everyone is trying to get the kids out of the house to burn energy. Our food was made quickly and the order was correct. The restaurant and play place were very clean. The outstanding part of the visit was Sandy. She greeted us with a smile before we even entered the restaurant. She got the kids’ drink of choice and delivered it to our table after delivering our food and even got refills for other patrons. She really went above and beyond and smiled the entire time! I had a sausage, egg & cheese McMuffin and a small frappe - it was good. I would have rated higher but there was nobody in front of me and I waited almost 2 minutes at the 1st window to pay, then waited another minute or so to get my items at the 2nd window. To my knowledge, McDonald's has a 30 second turnaround time - but maybe that's changed the past couple of years. Ordered at 7:43pm on 11/19. Got a happy meal and 3 vanilla cones. The manager kept coming out to the lobby to joke inappropriately with 3 other young men, clearly friends. Then 3 staff ran through the lobby to go visit outside. The manager (white shirt and guy with long brown hair) did a drug deal outside the doors and in the bathroom. Both of which my husband witnessed. Product being pass for money. Then the staff were yelling and acting immature behind the counter. Have been through the drive thru a couple times over the last few weeks and wanted to see how my second go round went before leaving a review. Both times the service was relatively quick but the food was stale and cold. I can handle a cold burger but would expect fresher fries as the ones I received were cold and hard. Leaving one star review as the second time through the drive thru today I witnessed the employee at the 2nd window (food pickup window) start knawing on their fingernails and made no attempt to wash them or anything after being noticed by me and another employee inside.
