The worst McDonald's anywhere. Rude, no real hours as they change daily. Receipt rewards not allowed to be used in drive through, no ice cream, no Frsppas for 8 months now. Unless you order ahead you are treated almost like you don't exist. When they do talk to you there is nothing behind their eyes. Just give me order and NEXT. food takes forever because this place only does drive thru and pick up orders first. Everyone inside can wait apparently. Food is McDonald's, I go for nostalgia but unless u have the app it's way to expensive. Fries start at $3.59 come on guys. I watched an older gentleman with his granddaughter order a Quarter pounder and a milkshake then get angry when he was told $12.95 Do better McDonald's..I'm usually an not harsh like this but this is disturbing. Prices are outrageous for what is see ed, customer service is horrendous and the restaurant looks like being lost in the backrooms. . if i could give this above 5 stars i would. the employees AND managers at this mcdonald’s go above and beyond. they treat everyone with the most care and respect, and still manage to exceed that. whether you’re a local or just visiting, this is the place to go. from the bottom of my heart, i’d like to give my appreciation and gratitude to everyone at this location, thank you so much. Absolutely incredible that you have to pull out of the drive through and wait for 10 minutes to get 2 mc doubles. Slowest mcdonald's ever and manage to mess up the order consistently Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The guy working on 11/28/23 ( the taller one ) around 7:40pm was extremely rude right off the bat with me. I placed a mobile order and walked up to the counter to ask for my cup while waiting for my food and while he was making coffee, he told me to wait and said my drink is not that important... I PAID to have a drink after a long day of work and was not in a mood to be told what I paid for was not that important. You could have stopped for 1 second and passed a cup and continued making coffee rather than snapping at me with cuss words. I'm not entirely sure if the lady who was working in the first window knew exactly what she was doing or understood any kind of english. But not only was I told I was not allowed to use a $100 bill to pay for a $60 order. Because it was told that's McDonald's policy. Then when I asked for more barbecue sauce after I just got 60 chicken nuggets. I was told they're only allowed to give 2 of each sauce. The only good thing that came away from this was the fact that such a large order was actually correct. The first time when we got home, there was nothing missing. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
