Anytime we go we ask for extra onions on our burger and they never put any on. Also today we asked for a lot of ketchup and he handed us 1 packet we asked for more he handed us 3 and when we checked the food we had a cheeseburger instead of hamburger. January 2, 2024 at 8:38 AM, I did curbside pickup at the McDonalds in Lecanto, Florida. This used to be a nice location. The past 2-3 years not so much. I've had nothing but problems including being kept waiting half an hour in curbside pickup. January 2 I ordered 2 small frappes, one caramel, one mocha, along with food items. An older man came out (after again an overlong wait) and handed me the food items and said the frappe machine was being cleaned or broken - I don't remember which. He was nice enough (because he was older), said I would be refunded for the frappes and contact them if I wasn't. Well, I haven't been. I contacted the headquarters and they said they would contact the location and I have not heard anything since. I filed a complaint with the BBB, they did not respond, BBB can't force them to respond but did put the complaint on their record. This is criminal. Its a 2 hr drive for me here so when I come through next time don't expect me to be sweet.

They guy that was separating food was not a pleasant person. The whole time we were there he was making fun and belittling a fellow worker publicly. It's one thing if he was joking with him but for what I was hearing I as a customer did nor want to hear that. Fries were not done soggy as could be full of grease and my quarter pounder was cold and my mom's fish sandwich was also cold.
