Every single time we go through the drive through they make us pull into a parking spot and wait. The one time we ordered just one fry and we still had to wait in a parking spot. Definitely is not “fast” food. It’s super annoying. For now on I will just go to the Elysburg location.

I use to work at mcdonalds and the fact that these managers make these kids serve all the orders before their actually handed out so they can make time is ridiculous. I waited 17 minutes in lobby for 2 sandwiches that sat in a warmer while other orders constantly went out. Kids on their phones and using their unwashed hands to make drinks/food. The WORST mcdonalds I've ever encountered in my 28 years.

Once again this particular location cannot seem to get my order correct! I ordered a steak, egg and cheese McMuffin with no butter or sauce. I like this sandwich because it comes with a round egg, instead of those nasty fake scrambled ones. When I got home and checked my order, it was a steak, scrambled egg and cheese BAGEL with butter and sauce! This is at least the 3rd time this same order has been screwed up! They never offer to give me my money back. They want you to drive back in order to get a replacement sandwich, which isn't always practical. Then they say, "Oh just come back tomorrow and we'll give you a new one." Unfortunately, when I did go back the Mgr never put my name at the registers, so I wasn't able to get another one.

Bathroom floors were covered in oil. So slippery we almost fell entering the bathrooms. Waited 20 minutes for a sweet tea (that i had to get myself), iced coffee and a medium fry. Never will i visit this McDonald's again.

When someone says two bacon mcdoubles one with no pickles, I don't expect to be given a 4pc mcnugget with fries and tangy bbq sauce. Nor do I expect to just be given said meal and my actual order, that was done wrong btw like there's no problem. My mom worked at Wendy's, train your people better.

Great experience. Lawrence Troutman, Cody And Phi where all so helpfull and friendly. The 3 of these people make my experience at Mcdonalds in Shamokin Damn worth going back. These 3 are great at what they do. Keep up the good work.

Ordered two sweet teas in door dash and got unsweetened AGAIN. Medium fry container was broken in half and fries were all over everything. Every time I call to get new teas they never answer. Rest of food was stale and cold. This place seriously sucks. Always has always will.

Positive experience here. Had a mobile order. Drive through was busy.
Informed them of my mobile order number and they verified it was me.
Went to pay window and they confirmed my order and gave me my receipt.
Pick up window verified my order again which is great! Then gave me my order and everything was perfect.
They were professional, and efficient.
Super laid back. I got to talk to the General Manager and she was so friendly. I'm still not sure if I like the automated ordering. But the food was fresh and made exactly the way I like it. Definitely one of the nicest experiences talking to the GM.
