Frequent this McDonalds when Mom and I take trip to New Boston. This McDonalds is pretty consistent compared to some others. Food is hot and fresh the line can move pretty slow but that’s to be expected depending on the time of day. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Went through the drive though, they were slightly busy, but the young lady at the window was overly rude. First she leans out the window and sees the car directly in front of us and says "pull forward". Like, where am I supposed to go lady? Then when the young man brings our order out, he starts to double check because we aren't the only order he has to bring out, and the same young lady yells at him, "That's their order, just give it to them!" It wasn't our order, but she was too busy yelling at the young man that he was slow and needed to hurry, rather than make sure everything was correct. If I hadn't had a cranky infant in the car I would have gone inside and had the order fixed, but it was, very late and close enough to what I ordered that I just went home. Hopefully the other cars' orders weren't wrong as well. This place definitely needs a new night manager if she is going to act like that. The individuals working here mostly in the evenings are rude you barely get a thank you. Food is always sloppy. Bread is never fresh. They got my order wrong and left out an order of fries and told me I will have to drive back through the drive through and reorder after I just sat in the line. Overall always an unpleasant visit. Food wasn't even warm for the amount of time I waited inside for a to go order. The manager kept barking orders and the entire staff seemed to be confused. The entire place was stressful. The employee working the counter even had to explain to the manager why she was taking orders. This was not worth me going back. Even my daughters meat and cheese burger was wrong. I was traveling so I stopped at McDonald's in New Boston Texas. I ordered a fish sandwich combo to go. Jumped in mycar, got back on the interstate. Got my food out, unwrapped my sandwich, which was a slapped together, microwave heated, disgusting mess. The fish was half off the bun on one side and the shiney cheese half off the bun on the other side with a dab of tartar sauce somewhere in between. The bun was dried out and so tough I couldn't bite through it, which told me it had been microwaved, uncovered, for God only knows how long. It was 11:45when I ordered it. The only reason I'm giving it a low on service is that they were obviously short handed and it took a while to get food. But... The employees did the best they could and we were happy because we are patient people. They were super friendly and accommodating. I dont know what the issue is with Strawberry pies here but I have had an issue 2 out of 3 times I've ordered one. I wanted to throw a pie against the wall after waiting 30 minutes for 4 fresh and guess what.... they put 1 in the bag. I didn't throw the pie but I did ask for a refund.
