Came through the drive thru at 712 pm today order 2 mcchicken and 2 small fries the fries was cold has to wait on a lg drink and had to go in to grab it my self would still be waiting this is unacceptale and the fact the manager told us pull around for a drink

McDonald's is McDonald's. Mobile ordering and pickup was very easy and convenient The reason for 3 stars is food. I had a bacon and egg McMuffin. I cannot taste the egg, cheese or bacon. Paid $2 for expresso that they didn't even put in my drink. If you don't have something then tell your customers and give their money back.

This location needs to be shut down. The staff doesnt want to do their jobs. The Manager Kim gave me attitute when i inquired about my food after waiting 35 minutes for two breakfast sandwiches, a coffee and an iced tea. The young girl working the front on Friday 10-13-23 at 9am was very disrespectful and disengaged. Finally after 45 minutes and lot of frustration i asked for the manager at which time the girl rolled her eyes, walked as slow as she could to the back and got Kim the manager. If the employees dont want to work there they should not be there. This was not my first time experience but it will be my last.
