I hadn't eaten in McDonald's for a while because of price increases, The value the BOGO offer was very affordable. Although they were very busy at the time, the food was top notch. I swear all the Mcdonalds in the Tulsa area doesnt train anymore. Coffee is always wrong, and mcflurrys are never mixed up. The only thing they get right are nuggets and fries Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We went in to order and use the restroom. When we came out to order, no one would wait on us... they were all preoccupied with the drive thru, I guess. We left without ordering and had to drive through the drive-thru to even be able to order. Probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. I ordered at the kiosk at like 6 am. Only person in there. About 10 minutes later some more people walked in, ordered, and got their food before me. Wound up getting my food around 6:40 and it was literally a couple of breakfast burritos, a hash brown, and a coffee. Ridiculous that I didn’t order much yet other people were getting sent on their way long before I ever saw my food. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went inside to get new fries because ours were cold. Manager assumes before we say anything, and she straight up yells at an employee (who is mentally handicapped) "Did you take out the wrong order?? You're just not YOU today" .... then we proceeded to explain we just came in because the fries were cold. She apologized to US but not to that employee. I feel extremely bad for him. Told him that he did a great job and we left. Service: 1

I just sat in line for over 20 minutes with only three small orders on the screen. Started off at the pay window for about 10 minutes, two cars ahead of me ..not sure why they didn't have those people pull to the numbered stalls..finally a man came and I paid for my food. I then sat at the second window for another 10 minutes. While waiting I watched a girl with black and purple hair take only one order while rubbing her nose, scratch her hair, and rub her lips all while touching sacks and touching someone's fries ordering from inside. I then was told to pull up to the stall after waiting. I ordered a number 7 two burgers and fries and a cheeseburger happy meal. The absolute worst service I have ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. So horrible I left even after I paid without my items because I sat outside in the stall for another 10 minutes. Went to taco bell and got my food within five minutes. How is this McDonald's still open?!? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
