I order only a sandwich, they gave me the wrong sandwich. When I told the drive through employee I got the wrong sandwich he said, “there is NOTHING I can do.” I told him, you could give me the correct sandwich. DO NOT go here and eat in the lobby. Went here after a long day, and just wanted to enjoy a meal with my family. Every table was sticky. You have to take your own order, and even though IT SAYS to just sit down and wait, you have to go get it. It seems these people only care about the drive-thru. Because if you need ANYTHING, you have to stand at the counter and get ignored by every single employee. First, I just needed some mayonnaise because I didnt know the mccrispy comes with zero sauce. Then they forgot my kid's milk. I had to actually speak over them to get their attention. So I stood at the counter longer than I was able to sit with my family and eat my now COLD meal. The lobby is FREEZING because they have guys running orders outside so they just leave the door open. The manager was on his cell phone the whole time we were there... LITERALLY ear to shoulder the entire time. The only thing that was nice about this place, was the bathroom. Never again. Only one person taking orders, so took a while to order. After ordering, took a really long time to get our order. To cold inside to eat, so got our food to go. Burger cold, and fries needed to be cooked a little longer. Don’t think I will return to this McDonald’s. The lady that took our order was nice. It was very different from Louisiana , but the staff was very friendly & nice & patient. The food wasn't like our food , the nuggets were very crispy when u bite it the crust falls all off but the meat itself was super tough. Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
