Usually get decent service with a smile at the window you pick up food from. The person taking money could be nicer. My food is usually hot and tastes good, and if they ever mess up my order (which happens a lot unfortunately) they are always very nice about fixing it compared to other places in town. We were delivering DoorDash, lady at the second window handed out someone else’s order very quick and we didn’t get the chance to check. She didn’t say thank you or anything of the sort. When we pulled back around she tried to tell us we need to remind her of what we were here for along with being very rude about “taking someone else’s order” It wouldn’t have been as bad if she said it in a nice manner. She did not. It is not our responsibility to know who ordered what. The McDonald’s itself has never given us issues but we’ve also never delt with this lady. This was NOT a hassle free service with a smile. I might as well add that the doors are still locked after 7 a.m. horrible service. wish I got her name.
