Ordered from the app to gain points and right near the end payment option my screen went blank. There's more... the app still charged me! I drove to McDonald's and went inside. The MOD explained no refunds in store for app situations, but I would be refunded. I ordered anyway and went to work. Sure enough, I was refunded hours later. OK. That is expected. Thank you. But here in lie the issues. Problems 1. MOD was not welcoming or concerned. 2. I did NOT receive app benefits and points. 3. I tried to enter my receipt into MCDvoice and AGAIN failed twice. You're better off going to the Counter. Mobile app services for Counter Pickup is way too slow. 3 Customers ordered right there and got their meals while I was still waiting for my order. Service: 1

Thieves. Auto upcharge for what is described on the menu board. Why do customers get charged extra for what is supposed to be included? When questioned about it I got nothing but bad attitude. Imagine how many customers come here daily and get knocked for an extra .50 to $1.00 per day. You are thieves with poor customer service skills.

Ex-con working there with bad attitude. i placed my order for here. The screen says, "Grab a number and bring the food to you." So i did that. The guy with a tattoo star THANGOBLAST gang member refused to do his job... i had to go to the counter and ask for my order, and he said, "Have a seat. I'll go look for it and bring it to you." So i did that. He finally brings it out to the counter. And just set it there ( at that time, i didn't know it was my order). i waited 5 more minutes before asking if that was my order as others were recieving their orders. I asked nice about my order, and he wanted to have an attitude because i told him you told me to have a seat and he would bring it out, but i never got my food. He told me this is my bag on the counter and i told him i requested for dine in. He wanted to take the bag and go to the back "to look for my order" for some reason. My husband put in a mobile order. We bought 2 adult meals and 1 kids meal. We went through the drive through and they are so disorganized that we had to wait over 10 minutes for our food. When we got home our meals looked like a 3 year old prepared them. Y'all use to be a decent location now not anymore slow service and Incompatance in the kitchen. We stopped by because it's a big building, so we thought it had a playground, and OMG, IT DOESN'T!😱😡. The sitting area is actually small,dull,and a boring eating area, I asked the lady(very nice) she said they had a large kitchen area😱like why??? The only reason I go to McDonald's is to take my grandkids to play, the fries,dark,hard and old! My daughter threw away the food! Why would they serve your food like that! Very disappointed! I will not be going to this McDonald's ever again. Why make a new building, get rid of a huge playground it had for something so boring like this new building.
