Today was THE worst experience ever … Joan can not hear which I understand she is older… but maybe hearing aids would assist her hearing lost… also waiting in drive thru over 3 mins nobody took my order so I went inside and met Joan… I put my phone on speaker before I could even tell her about my disability with speaking she says this is a phone it won’t tell me nothing!!! Than I get my food and order nuggets and when I asked for 1 buffalo sauce it was 25 cents so tomorrow I’ll be calling corporate to inform them Joan has a disability with hearing and I do speaking she was able to tell me she can’t hear but I couldn’t tell her my disability with speaking so sad!!! 😞 I will not return Wendy’s will receive my services!!! Also the owners of the McDonald’s own a few locations in Blair county but this one is by far the worst ran!!!

Saturday to 9:45 McDonald's, is 55° inside. Something's going down same Manager works , there turns a temperature down to keep the customers from setting in 2 dine Inside. I am the one customer has a complaint about it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single time you forget things , your food isn't prepared correct. Under cooked or has grease all over it. My sons food was cold and his favorite BBQ sauce wasn't added but I was charged for it. This happens often and this is the last time. It's at many locations as well and as much as we love to donate to the Ronald Mcdonald house I feel taken advantage of that your stores don't care or appreciate it costumers that take the extra step. Wendy's across the street always had a good reputation and our business will be there instead and I truly hope other follow suit and ends your thoughtless , and careless customer service. Food is hot fresh & fast...You can order ahead on the app (great deals & rewards) & pick up in parking area or drive thru or inside.. their mcdelivery thru doordash is fast & reliable. I personally believe McD's has the best app in fast food. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

I feel bad for the employees at this micky d's . This place is always overwhelmed with customers therefore it's always a mad house specially the drive thru .
