Your employee brought my frappe out and her hair was laying on whipped cream she needs to keep All her hair up. Update: went back they gave us someone else’s order went back got mine and then the tomato was bad and lettuce was yellowish brown. This place is disgusting never going back. Honestly should be shut down before they kill somebody. The food Quality is the worst it’s always old veggies. The cashier was yelling at a man cause he was upset she messed our orders up. Used the app to make a mobile order 25-20 minutes before the end of breakfast menu, paid for it on the app. When I got to the restaurant, they wouldn’t allow me to pick it up because ‘the breakfast hours were over’. Even though I had already paid Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their system was down this morning so couldn’t order food which I thought was weird because I watched an employee bring food out to a white truck and so I asked how he got food and she replied that that was her boyfriend. Apparently you have to be dating one of the employees to get service when the system is down. I can only assume that since the system was down he didn’t have to pay for it. Good hire McDonald’s.

It’s been a few months since I have been to a McDonalds as more than half the time I get bad food or orders messed up, especially at this location.As I questioned my choice and against better judgment I decided to give it another shot this morning as it’s an extremely convenient location on my route. Again it was the wrong decision…. I don’t think I have ever gotten a “fresh” meal from them and it’s distressful that they would take people’s money and serve this inedible garbage. The manager got an attitude when I ordered fries without salt on them but ended up with cold old fries so salty I couldn't stand to eat them it was like a little fries with my salt anyways I am on a salt free diet because of my health but they don't care my health because its an inconvenience to them I won't be going back to the McDonald's in Jane Missouri I gave the a zero star rating on food, service, and atmosphere in Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I can’t tell you the last time I’ve been to this location and it hasn’t taken at least 10 minutes in store/drive thru to get me my order after placing it ahead of time on the app. With my drive time, it took them 20 minutes to get 2 cheeseburgers out of the kitchen. I should have driven an extra 5 minutes to the north Walton location. Edit: Lol and my burgers are cold. This franchise location is awful and I don’t know why I keep giving it a shot.
