After a long walk around Seiverling Museum, LLC Car and Pedal Car Museum, come to this fast food and have a rest here. Many people point out that waiters serve good breakfast sandwiches, bacon and hash browns here. Cooks at McDonald's do their best to provide visitors with tasty biscuits. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer good lemonade or good frappes. Most reviewers mark that employees are cute at this place. A lot of guests mention that the service is enjoyable. There is a pretty atmosphere and beautiful decor at this place. But google users rated this spot and it didn't earn a high rating.

I have never been disrespected as a customer before until now. Last night, I ordered at the drive through and pulled to the 1st window and was not acknowledged. I proceeded to pull up to the second window thinking that is where I needed to pay. The employee handed me my drink and said to pull forward. I did not pull forward as i have not paid yet. As I was about to ask about payment, the employee asked if I had paid. I replied no, handed out my card, and tried to explain I wasn't sure which window they took payment. The employee did not respond, took my card, and walked away. With the service window still open, he proceeded to tell his coworkers "this lady was trying to get her food without paying. Don't worry, I caught her before she pulled up". I was so shocked by the comment that I had no response. Needless to say, I will never return to this facility again. They are always inconsistent. sometimes the food will be piping hot and other times it will be Lukewarm. If I go in the drive thru sometimes I get napkins and sometimes I don’t, and even if you ask for bbq sauce sometimes they give it and sometimes they don’t. Sometimes the food is salted correctly and other times it is bland. Sometimes you have to drive around to the other side of the building and sometimes you don’t! Like guys how hard is it to be consistent?! Service needs to improve ALOT! Also on another note, sometimes the runner that takes food outside to people waiting on the other side talks quietly and wears a mask. Super dumb, like seriously take off you mask your outside your not going to get “a virus” it isn’t even a thing anymore Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I work second shift at a nearby warehouse where I'm given 30 minutes for lunch. Sometimes I need to run out somewhere close to get lunch, but the ONLY place in this area to get anything at night is this McDonald's location. I place my mobile order before I leave the warehouse in the hopes that its ready when I get there, but not only is it never ready, I usually wait 10+ minutes more when I get here to receive my order. Its not uncommon for me to only have 10 or less minutes left on my lunch break to eat as fast as possible then race back to work so I'm not clocking back in late. I RELY on this McDonald's to be a fast food restaurant and provide FAST FOOD but I'm consistently let down every single time I am forced to come here. Worst McDonalds in the existence of McDonalds.. Terrible Management, Awful SLOW service.. It's normally faster to drive out of the way to another McDonald's then it is to wait in line for the joke of a place.. After waiting 15 minutes to order you get asked to to pull around the the other side in the waiting line to wait another 10 minutes for food. Are they unaware it's fast food? Waited 15 minutes after my order for 2 sandwiches and a 6 piece. They didn't put my nuggets in the bag (had to wait for those), and the "honey mustard" they gave me was 2 packs of honey with mustard packets to mix in. It was a slow but steady flow when we arrived. Almost every table we tried to sit at, were all dirty with even food crumbs still on the tables or chairs. We wiped our table and chairs ourselves. Food at least was par and nothing was missed from our order, unlike many issues we've had in thè past.
