Refreshing to find a McDonald’s with a play place, was a nice place for a quick bite and visit with family before heading on the road. Service was nice, employees were friendly given being a fast food joint, I’m typically used to rushed and slightly agitated workers but I have to say for a McDonald’s pleasantly surprised. Play area was clean only hummer was the bathroom in the play area was not useable due to being too dirty. Extremely slow. Don't answer the drive through window then you go inside and you stand there for 10 minutes before someone takes your order. Place was open at 5:00. I was there at quarter to 6:00 and they're not ready for business. Why are they open if they're not ready for business? It's ridiculous to have a machine that says will you be using the McDonald's app today and then nobody talks to you after that. This review is for SHERRY (General Manager) Thank you for making my experience with you one of the worse I have had in a very long time. Being 7 months pregnant, and mourning the recent passing of my brother I just had a really bad craving for McDonald's and a shake. So as hard as is was to get out of bed, get dressed, walk downstairs from the 3rd flr due to the elevator being out (knowing I had to walk back up) and coming outside from being in the bed due to depression and heartache. I made to choice to go to the long lake McDonald's. Ordered a shake and asked if the could make all 3 flavors in one, this must've frustrated Sherry especially when I giggled to myself because I couldn't just choose one flavor. I don't want to go into detail about what you said to me at the window but your face told it all once I told you why I laughed and I clarified that it wasn't at you. Sherry, do you know when was the last time I laughed? Thank you for taking that away from me also!! I just want to tell you, to be kind to everyone because you never know what someone is going through...Your rudeness could be someone's straw to their back!! Idk who ruined your day and made you to be the rude person that I encountered but if the position is to stressful for you then maybe you should find something else, life is to short and karma is real. There was a man working that told me the woman named Maria is who served me. She was rude, slow, and when I asked for grape jelly she gave me one strawberry and one grape I gave her the strawberry back and asked for a grape. Well she got mad and told someone else to give it to me. Just rude and bad customer service. I wish I could give a no stars. Food: 1 Service: 1

Let me tell you something I wasn’t born yesterday to listen to this bs . The line is made for Iced Coffee drinks for you to know how far to pour the coffee and to make sure you have enough room for whipping cream Not to make smoothies half way through.
