Waited in drive thru for four minutes, no acknowledgment. Person pulled up into adjoining lane, and within 20 seconds was placing order. Waited another minute then drove around and walked inside. Again was ignored at the counter. Walked our after 3 minutes. Was giving them another chance. Never again. Service: 1

I'm not sure how to explain what EXTRA ICE means, but someone needs to figure it out! When I ask for EXTRA ICE, that means give me extra! Even if the liquid spills out some, that's OK, I mean, it's already paid for! I don't like asking for EXTRA ICE, and then I get a drink that still has up to an inch of space between the lid and the liquid. That does not constitute giving EXRTA ICE! The photo i posted is of a drink, that has not been drunk or of, straight from McDonald's!! Other than that, I haven't had any real issue to date..... Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I would have given this place five stars but in the last month or should I say 5 weeks there have been five times I've been through the drive-thru all five times I was only one in line or anything like one of their car I'd pull up to the drive-thru they would greet me and then for 10 minutes I'd be saying I'm ready to make my order I'm ready to make my order and nothing Dead Silence then when I pull away then they come on and say oh you need help yeah I just like to sit in my car and waste my gas for 10 minutes for nothing sure denism leaving the building I look at the drives through they're all looking out at me like kind of laughing and snickering like it's funny well I hope they thought it was funny because I called their corporate on them one time okay but three times and in over a month and then they want to sit there and laugh about it okay fine I'll never come there again and I'm sure they don't care if they lose one customer because the way they figure they've got someone's business what's One customer I have also told my friends and my family about the place and they said they will not be stopping there either plenty of other McDonald's we can go to has anybody from the store reads this post and doesn't like it all I have to say to them is oh well too bad so sad Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

11/01/2023 I went thru the drive thru between 11:20 and 11:45 ordered a McDouble with Xtra pickle, Fries, and a Sweet tea. They gave me a McChicken instead with no pickles, so I called about 11:50. I told the manager I had an appointment and couldn't get back, so he apologized and said, "When you come back, we will replace your whole order and refund your money. " The manager said he would put my name down in a book. 11/02/2023 at 6:25 I returned to get my order, gave the manager my receipt she said ok I'll get it for you. She handed me out the double and fries. I asked, "Where's my drink?" She replied," they didn't give you one yesterday ?" I said yes they did, but I was supposed to get the whole order. She said, "You got one." Pulling away, I heard her say," trying to scam me. " That is a horrible way to treat a customer! I am very offended!!!! I got sick off the chicken because of all the grease that dam near slid out of my hand because of all the mayo and grease. The double was dry old meat that I could barely swallow, and I had nothing to drink. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS IN THE PARKING LOT!!!
