The more heavier manager that was there had very poor management skills and taking care of what was a mistake. It's like I was the problem. It is 1020 on a Saturday and the morning so that would tell the people that worked there who the big manager was. I don't mean big as entitled either not trying to discriminate the size. There is no discrimination on being ignorant old or young. Very terrible service from the manager when it was a simple mistake from the The person that made the order. I feel sorry for the workers around that if the management is like debt. I feel sorry for your business because with service like that. You're gonna keep having BADDD reviews? It's always 6:30am when I get off the bus here and they're never open. Only the drive thru and I just want a coffee and breakfadt and can't get it by walking up to the drive thru because I'm not in a car. They don't have a cashier til 7. WHY say you open at 6am then? WHY!!!! I work at Amazon and all I want is a coffee n BREAKFAST to get through my day

MC Donald's in Harvey on Sibley.. HORRIBLE!!! THEY ALWAYS GIVE THE WRONG FOOD!! I HAVE GOTTEN STALE BUNS A FEW TIMES!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE.. SOME ARE VERY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL.. NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY MESS UP YOUR ORDER!!!! MANAGER ARE IGNORANT!! MAJORITY CANT SPEAK ENGLISH OR UNDERSTAND.. DUHH!! 🙄 SO HOW ARE THEY GOING TO MAKE FOODS TO ORDER!!! Food was fresh. Fries? Completely un salted. And? No salt in the bag. So? Ur trying to b conscious of your customers watching their salt intake? Great. What about those of us who want it? This place always lying at night. They need a night shift supervisor or something. There's kids in there not doing a single thing. They ALWAYS lie and say they're closed when it's supposed to be open 24 hours. Whoever the owner is, just know you aren't seeing any revenue at night because your workers aren't working. Theyre taking it upon themselves to stop taking orders. I just sent corporate notification of them making up lies at night so they don't have to service anyone.
