BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. i didn’t get the man’s name but me and my friend came in and ordered from the kiosk, this dude immediately asked us if we needed anything and then after we got our food he continued to check in on us. THEN after we were done eating he offered to throw away our trash💀 AND THEN he came and gave us a free m&m mcflurry. somebody get this man a RAISE. This place is normally alright, but tonight my burger was pink inside and it still had ketchup and onions on it, which my receipt shows I requested to have taken off. But most importantly I do not feel it is safe to be serving undercooked ground beef at a McDonald's where I know they did not grind it on-site! Please be more careful with your cooking temps! EDIT: The manager is being ridiculous about getting any sort of refund or anything on this so I'm changing this to a 1 star. Kinda crazy y'all be serving pink raw beef to people and making it hard for them to get a refund for it. This location is better then the rest! Great service, fresh food, and speed of service is always good even when they are busy. I did get a piece of plastic in my food the other day and called to just let them know, the girl apologized but just said she will let the Manager know, I do think they should have asked what had to make sure there is not more plastic in the food. I kept my rating high because I eat there daily and this is the 1st issuse I have EVER had at this location. I pass to locations by my house to got to the location...worth it! I got curbside pickup and I ordered a bacon McDouble, but I put on the website that I only wanted 1 patty. I go to eat my burger and realized that they didn’t put any burger on my burger. Make no mistake, because it's not your typical McDonald's. With convenient location in desirable Rochester Hills area, ample parking, two drive-throughs and a crew that's eager to please their customers - the experience was simply amazing.
