The store is disorganized and always looks in chaos. Order takes forever to come and sometimes not prepared to customizations. Coffees would come without milk, one need to go back and request for stuff. It’s a McDonald’s after all, low expectations but still this one is disappointing

This location is managed by a woman by the name of Juliana. Who knows absolutely nothing about customer service and is the most rude uneducated woman I have ever met in my life. You could tell she hates her job and she hates the public even more. I came back to have an order that was made incorrectly. She began to humiliate me in front of other customers and insisted that my receipt did not belong to her location all for 2 cheeseburgers that they put extra pickles on when it was supposed to be no pickles because I'm allergic. I hope that she experiences the same type of service understanding in discreetness. That she showed to me today. Corporate really needs to take a closer look at who they have managing. They're younger impressionable employees. Food: 1 Service: 1
