Our office placed a >$100 McDelivery order. There were a few missing items, whatever, accidents happen. We called this store to ask to have our missing items delivered, and we were told to pay for the new delivery...are you kidding me. So, I decided to drive over (stepping away from my job, at this point) to go pick up the new items. I had to have a debate, near argument about what was missing in the bag. The manager just wouldn't take my word for it... Lady. You think I'm going to leave work and drive over on my own dime and LIE about what we were missing? Shouldn't me just showing up be enough of a reason to take my word for it? After going back and forth for a few minutes, she gave up and agreed to give me the missing items. 1 coffee and 2 cokes. I had to fill up the cokes on my own. I was also denied when I asked for a single free item as an apology. Actually, I never even received a "sorry" from her. I've never been so frustrated with anyone at McDonald's before. The state street location in saginaw is fantastic. This one sucks. I don't mind going to McDonald's because it is on the unhealthy side Even though it is a quick stop for lunch. I usually have really good or amazing experiences at the mcdonald's franchises and will recommend certain locations. but for goodness sakes, my rating would probably be better. If the brunette with glasses at the first window didn't have a bad attitude because I asked her to hang on a second when I app crashed for my code and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me for using apple pay. Like I'm sorry, did you have something better to do within your job? Or is getting Customers money and orders really they have hard. What florid mean was me in one other car where the only people in the drive thru. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The burger is so thin...I don't think both patties qualify for a whole patty...and it's black on one side of both patties...they thought to turn the black sides in together then slapped it together so it's all lopsided... everything falling off of everything and the cheese fusing the lopsided mess back together. McDonald's literally takes no pride in their product at all anymore.. 🤢🤮 I would take it back but I am sure they'll just give me a repeat of the same garbage because this is how they are trained to do it ... Except maybe they'll spice it up with a little spit in it.. lol..nah I'm good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I travel (by car) all over the states and hit a McDonalds every morning for coffee. THIS McDonalds is by far the best one I’ve visited. Lady on the headset was rude, older woman. Came right around 10am’ish. Also, I pull up a code, and they say its invalid and to try refreshing, I do that and then it says I have to wait 15 minutes and now I cannot get the deal. This is the 2nd time this has happened and it only happens at Wilder. What is going on? Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

All I have to say is after my many years of eating McDonald's food I'm officially done with McDonalds. Subpar food. Rarely ever fresh. French fries taste like they've been cooked in week old oil. Half full milkshakes for full price. Why o why do I continue to eat here? The quality here is abysmal.
