I quit going to this McDonald's until it's managed differently. Not sure if that has taken place or not. But normally I would have to wait a really long time to get my items.last time I was there I tried the drive thru,I was the only one in line and nobody ever came to the microphone.i would never go back anyway. Stinks because now have to drive 15 miles to a different town if I want to get McDonald's Service: 1

Waited 5-10 minutes to be waited on. One employee was hustling, while others took their sweet time. One was pushing a broom a little behind the counter like that trumped customer service. Bought over $40 of food. Fries were cold. Fries are ALWAYS COLD AT MCDONALD'S! Ordered a filet o fish without cheese and it came with cheese on it. Edit: 6 months, and the ice cream is still on the play set. I've complained to just about everyone I could about the cleanliness at this place. Nothing has happened. Orders are better, the play place had not been cleaned on months for a fact looks like years. Have never gotten my order as requested. Always missing something. Spent 1.5 hours yesterday waiting for and getting order correct. Hot to a point where I had to abandon my order since the food was getting cold. Ice was already melted in my drinks. Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
