Arrived at the drive-through hours before it was supposed to close, but I sat there for a good half hour in front of a decent sized line before I gave up and just drove away. Nobody ever spoke to us to explain why we were sitting there. I certainly hope the others gave up too, or were at least given a discount, because that was unacceptable. I might have understood if I had shown up right before closing, but it was hours away. Service Take out Service: 1

It’s always a bad experience at this McDonald’s location the lady Who is there most of the time which seems to be the supervisor or manager because she’s wearing a different uniform. Always so rude. she acts like she owns the place very bad customer service I got 2 breakfast platter with everything and was missing the egg and the muffin only got literally two butters for both orders and when I return to as the rest of my order, she gave me attitude like if I was trying to get free stuff when I paid for my food and it was missing half of my order. The hashbrowns are cold and soggy 100% of the time, and the service is never above absolute minimum. The coffee tastes like it was made 6 hours ago, even first thing in the morning. This location regularly put too much sauce on the burgers. It is clear that neither management nor the staff care about this location anymore. It's best to avoid all together.
