I ordered food on the mobile app, got my confirmation email and headed to pick up my food. I was informed upon arrival that my order was cancelled. I pulled up my email and bank statement to show that I was charged for the meal they say was cancelled. I went into the store to speak with the manager inquiring as to what happens next. After the manager insisted I wasn't charged I asked for information on who she is and how I file a complaint. The manager started writing down a phone number for me to call on a napkin. I asked her for her name, she refused to give it to me. I asked her why she wouldn't tell me her name. She spoke a bunch of Spanish to her coworkers,looked at me, than said "ok, I'm calling the cops." The police never showed up and my lunch break was too short to wait any longer. I suppose when all your good at is working at fast food with clearly no people skills I'd have a chip on my shoulder to. I'd expect this behavior from children at these places but not adults.

The employees at night sit around and talk instead of take care of the customers. I ordered my food. The worker served it off the screen then proceeded to ask me what I ordered. They then handed me half of my order, so I had to go back through the drive thru. I then asked if I could get new fries because I was sitting in the drive thru for 8 minutes. I got parked for another 9 minutes before my fries were brought out to me. By that time all the food was cold. Horrible experience. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
