I come here a lot, like once or twice a week. It happens SO often that they put in 8 or even 7 nuggets instead of nine i mean it‘s ok it just happens. But today they really messed up. I went there at 12:30 AM! so obviously there was nobody there, they had 2 orders to make. Long story short, while they were preparing they were looking desperate and talked to each other like there was a problem with my order. they never talked to me though. when i got my order i checked it and got 2 big mac instead of 1 mchicken classic and 1 big tasty. the point is that they made it obvious earlier that there was a problem with my order, and instead of just telling me, they gave me the wrong stuff on purpose! they could have easily told me, and i would have ordered sometjing different, but they didnt say a word. is it THAT hard to communicate?! you should probably offer new jobs as controlers, to make sure you really get what you ordered. really disappointed on this one. (the stuff were EXTRA friendly handing my WRONG order and they stuffed the wrong burgers all down to the edges so I‘ll have to FIND them first. pathetic. the rest of the order was perfectly fine. off course…..)
they were 4 people knowing about the problem and talking about it in french. how could they talk to each other about it but not to me? I feel like a joke. also next time make sure you speak a lagnuage your client doesn‘t understand.

after a long drive, we stop by and made an order. After 20mim wait still no sign of food, we left without our food. Extremely crowded and extremely under staffed.
It's McDonald's, don't expect too much from the taste, even for that price.
The restaurant has a large seating area, it's clean, and service is super fast.
The parking area is huge but there are lots of people, so parking might take some time.
Going to the restroom is 0.80 Euro but you will get a coupon of the same value to use in the mini mart.

During our visit, McDonalds was unfortunately closed with no reasoning. There was staff present outside but other than informing us the restaurant was closed, they didn’t inform us why. Instead we visited the Starbucks next door.

The same menu is much expensive than other McDonalds. The notification system had a malfunction what can happen anytime. But as usually, not just here, as other McDonalds doing too, the food is never prepared well, mostly they just quickly put together everything and all looks so bad. I only use McDonalds as my last option for meal and not so frequently. But mostly it is a big negative experience...

Best McDonalds in Luxembourg by far. Or at least my favorite. Staff doesn't seem too happy sometimes but we all have bad days. Best food, and always well presented, unlike others. It's rare for McDonald's to have good looking food :)
