Food was hit or miss and obviously they have a hard time with large tables. We had a party of 8 and it took 2 hours for the main courses to come out. Some food was hot some was cold. They ran out of several menu items and the poor waitress had to keep coming back to let us know. Some steaks had flavor and some were flavorless. Not what we expected for the very expensive prices! Owner stated that no one has ever complained before. I guess they don't read the reviews.

This place has been here a very long time, and there's a reason why. The food!!! Huge steaks, seafood, cajun jambalaya, and crawfish tails, to name a few. It is a very unique place. Check out our pics of dinner. Hopefully, they will make you hungry for a reservation, which is recommended. We had reservations here on New Years Eve. The portions are large, and they never disappoint. Service by Alexis was fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and they attend to your needs. They have a full bar and local craft beer. It's a great local restaurant that everyone should come to at least once in their lifetime or "millions" of times like us. Thank you for another great evening, Marty's. Great place. Come here for our company Christmas dinner each year. We all seem to enjoy ourselves and the food is good. This year however I had 3 captain and coke mixed drinks and didn't get a buzz at all, not sure if the drinks were weak or what but that was my only gripe. Otherwise nice place. We were super excited to try, so many people hyped this place up. I got the filet and my husband got the prime rib. Both were unseasoned, tasted like gas and dry as a bone. The mashed potatoes were chunky and unseasoned. The salad I got was limp and gross. So disappointing and boring. The best part of the meal was the drinks. Over priced & over hyped. So bummed. Had a fantastic family dinner, the portions were a great size and the prime rib melted in the mouth, good menu options for all. The bruschetta cheese dip was amazing especially combined with the garlic bread. Staff were really friendly and lovely. Fantastic food in a relaxed neighborhood bar/restaurant. Always a treat. Great steaks, seafood etc. Worth the trip to Nanticoke. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
