Always ckean and organized. They have a good variety of product. Employees are very helpful.

Very high prices. Most items have been frozen and are still thawing out. Donuts have flies in showcase. Best to order a cake.

Ordered a simple pretzel tray for an exact pickup time of 3pm for a birthday party..... Here the morning bakery manager decided not to make anything on the pre-order list on Feb 4th 2023. So we have to alter our whole birthday party plans last min and have to figure out how to feedlppl.... They didn't have a reason nor excuse other then simply She just didn't do it..... what a joke... I'll go elsewhere in the future... this is the 2nd time this has happend with pre ordering from Martin's....

Great bakery and grocery store. Bakery is always stocked with premade cakes in different sizes, cake flavors, and regular icing and buttercream icing. Wide selection of cookies, donuts, fresh breads, and the regular stuff you'd expect to find in a bakery. The employees are always nice and quick to lend a hand. If you can't find what you're looking for just ask because they won't hesitate to check the freezer. The entire grocery store is great and our go to shop for our weekly order. They also have a small selection of house plants when you first walk in on the left hand side and I've got a small collection of different easy to take care of plants that I've purchased from there. They have orchids too but i stick to the regular potted usually very easy to care for varieties that change everytime i go. It's a nice touch.

Very disappointing-I called to speak to the bakery before 6 pm on a Saturday night for a dessert I needed. The phone rang a long time before someone picked up and said the bakery employee had left early without her knowledge. This reflects badly on both employees. Martin’s does have the reputation of being more expensive as a general rule, so they should try harder or adjust prices.
