This is THE place to be! My wife and I come here every time we visit Saipan. This place is amazing and the owner really takes pride in what she does. Food is amazing and drinks are fresh/incredibly made. Dont be fooled with other locations - this family is hands-down the most welcoming and skilled at what they do. Please come here for an experience that allows you to support local artists and be entertained/well served. Very welcoming with the music, classic Nintendo 64 games, good food, creative drinks, and guitar for an open mic. This place is centered around supporting the community while giving a relaxed vibe to let visitors hang out as long as they like. I have told as many people about this place as I can. I am from Colombia, and on my last visit, I purchased the Marianas Coffee Saipan Blend. I have no words to describe the quality, flavor, and incredible aroma of this coffee. My fiancé is from Egypt, and we both agreed it is the best coffee we have ever tasted. The world is missing out, and now we know who manufactures our most favorite!

As a man this is almost as difficult as admitting somebody else mows their grass better than you but.. I have never made a pancake as good as the ones at MC Cafe. These were the pancake equivalent to a perfect steak; medium rare with an amazing sear. BUT don't take my word for it though.. See for yourself, and thank me later. Edit: ps I miss hanging out with my friends here

Great place for a cold brew, or a great crafted cocktail. They also have a lot of cool good beers. They usually have a special dish of the day, such as indian style beef curry, shrimp curry, chciken karage, etc., and it always taste so yummy. Also the Tinian hot wings are awesome.
