Unfortunately with any business, as we know {or SHOULD know} you sometimes only get 1 time to make impression on a customer. Today was my 1st and last visit to Marcos!! Employees were rude. First, upon walking in, the employee standing there didn’t acknowledge me, he turned and walked directly to the back. The other employee was immediately irritated with trying to honor my coupon that the new apartment complex had given me as a way to promote my residency and ALSO Marcos!! That employee shared with the other employee how stupid these coupons are, loudly so! Personally, my family and I are exclusively DOMINO’S pizza fans, however since we just moved in, we were excited to give the new pizza place a try!
Guess we’ll stick with what we know from now on. Sorry your employees aren’t better trained in guest service or smiling or caring.

The pizza here is good, but this review is for Noah -- the guy working the front. I've never seen this place as busy as it was tonight, and I've never seen someone work as quickly or as professionally. Seriously, he deserves a raise.

We got the pizzoli for the first time. It was over cooked and I wish it had some sauce on the inside or dipping sauce. Other than that we love Marco’s pizza.

I placed an order online for pickup, I was supposed to pick it up an hour and a half later, and when I got to the restaurant they made me wait 20 more minutes.
