The food is delicious and there's a lot of it for the price, I have several favorite dishes and the staff always stays busy being friendly and never forgetting to ask if your good. I Had my mothers 78th birthday dinner with 8 of us at Mama Luigi on Feb 15th 2024, with Bella as our amazing 👏 waitress. My mother suffers from dementia and Bella was so attentive ,playful and personable with my mom and family it made for and an amazing dinner experience. The food was great, the cost was respectful, the atmosphere was warm in a private room with beautiful Italian scenery. I have been a fan for many many years, and Mama's will continue to have my business. Thank you for keeping it family! WE LOVEEEEEE KELLY!!! Every single time we gather for a family dinner she is just a joy to spend our time with! She is fun and professional and so attentive to not just us but all her tables! I have been coming to Mama for decades with family as a child. For several years I have kept that tradition going with my own kids and bring aunts and friends to dine at Mama..and when I walk in I ALWAYS ask if Kelly is working! Hands down she makes the visit special every single time! Kelly, I thank you for always being so welcoming and we appreciate you so very much!! The food is always delicious and plentiful!! We like to go here on our anniversary or birthdays. Saturday was my birthday. I had clams in white sauce with linguini. It was good. Also love the warm Italian bread with the crispy crust. So good. There should be a line around the block to get into this place. The food is outstanding all the time. The Pappardelle steak bolognese is the best food we’ve ever had. No lie it’s AMAZING! Caitlyn our server is a GEM.I can’t wait to try the gnocchi next week. Experience started off with the hostess (the hostess was a very nice lady) put down with the wrong name, number, time & wrong amount of people but the hostess was nice enough to get us seated and situated pretty fast. Appetizers we're ordered came out they were good then ordered the food. Once the food got to the table first thing chicken Alfredo looked like soup lacked flavor, strip steak that was very fatty & you can tell it was a very cheap cut of steak, and chicken parmesan had a piece of plastic found deep in the food while my cousin was eating her Food. Food was sent back and a couple minutes later the owner Victoria came out approaches the table very unprofessionally & very ignorant stating " this piece of plastic is no where from here and this did not come from our establishment" mind you this was found in their food as we all seen the plastic in her food. Roman our server did a great job and we hope that he is treated well here. Do not suggest anyone come eat here. Really great place!! Its rare to find a resturaunt that actually cares about ambience and has food thats good and fresh and affordable!!!! Their tomato bread was amazing and the portion sizes were great. It felt like the kinda place that could easily charge more but I'm very happy it didn't. Not to sound cranky but most resturaunts I go to nowawdays seem so sterile and loud and play music that makes it difficult to speak, but this place has very soft lighting and played relaxing music at a good volume, very senory friendly for me. Very happy here! Although it was not my grandmother's food...I am an otr driver and was at the pilot truck stop and decided I wanted more than deli foods and chips for a change. I was impressed and enjoyed the food. . huge portions Even for a to go box. I ordered the cheese tortellini and meat sauce and my husband ordered Mama's Sunday gravy and the roast was so tender. Fantastic place for a good Italian meal. Try the Mama's Sunday Gravy! It's delicious. You can't go wrong with anything really. The rest of my party was very happy with their food. Portions are big! Great deal & great service!
