Amazing chocolate and service. I highly recommend the dark chocolate lava bar. Wonderfully spicy hot chocolate. The proprietors are especially engaging and helpful. I highly recommend a visit.

Amazing! We booked the farm tour and do not regret it at all! Tom (the owner) shared so much knowledge while on the tour, walked us through his farm and we got to taste some delicious chocolate (they got vegan chocolate too)! They’re a local, sustainable and family owned business! Definitely recommending everyone to tour the farm and see their shop. Plus you can buy chocolate to take home!

A very cool place! Talked with the owners for a bit, nice people! They explained how they make their chocolate and it's quite interesting to learn about. We had a few of their chocolate samples, they were all quite good! Nice people, cool enviornment, and great products!

Absolute hidden gem. Then run tours of their nearby farm and you can see the kitchen where they make the chocolate. Lovely small scale operation. Really friendly people.

Great informative tour with tasting. Definitely worth doing this if you’re in or around Hilo. Make sure you book in advance and take bug spray. Also be prepared to drive up a long gravel road, so getting there will take a bit longer than your GPS tells you.

I highly recommend Mahi’ai Made! They have the best chocolate and a great variety of it. They also have chocolate covered bananas, which are amazing! Not only does everything taste great, but the owners were extremely friendly. Thank you!
