They have decently good food, albeit not the best one. But it is recommended to take away rather than eating in because you will reek of the food smell if you sit and eat there (it seems the ventilation is not that good). Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Kind of a hole-in-the-wall takeaway place. Located close to the railway station. Straightforward, no frills food that simply tastes good. Maybe a little heavy on fillers such as bamboo, but in studen’s town keeping price low is probably as important as anything else. They took one look at me and somehow recognized a capcaisin head, and swiftly offered some chili to spice things up. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

Food was really good. Many options and also English menu available. Every dish can be made vegetarian. There is a lunch deal that you can choose two out of four daily specials for only 85. As a South-East-Asian Thai-food-enjoyer, I've always found Maeyai great! Been here a couple of times and always amazed at how authentic all the food taste. It's a great place to go when you want to taste good-old wok-charred food. The place is nice and cozy, the service is quick and responsive, and the owner/chef is super friendly. It is always a pleasure to return to the city of Lund and eat in this "Huarique" of Thai food, a place with good Thai food and flavor, good prices are reasonable, small but cozy place, they should only expand the bathrooms since there is only one, Regarding the food, it's very nice, not too salty, not too sweet, I think it's the right taste to enjoy good Thai food in Sweden, Thank you very much. 😉👌🏼🇹🇭🇸🇪 Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person kr 100–200

As an Asian visiting Copenhagen and on a day tour to Sweden, I'm so glad to have seen and eaten here. I have been craving white rice and Asian soups such as ramen or pho. My Asian heart just pulled me in and enjoyed Tom Yam soup. It was so delicious and satisfying! Not only it was delicious, it was very affordable and perfect portion size. The restaurant is located in Lund Central. Very easy to find. Nice decoration. A bit disappointed when it comes to the food. We ordered Combo 6 with some signature Thai food like Tomyum, Padthai, Pad pet,… it doesn’t taste so yummy as expected!

Good food, most dishes including Pad Thai were very good. The Satay Beef was a little dry. Service was good. Soup was really tasty and full of meats and veggies (very harty), it did however have a very chewy stem/shoot veg in it which I have not had. That aside the soup was great.
