Made a stop in Juana Diaz to explore my roots. The Plaza is nice, and nicely decorated during the holidays. Very nice restaurant with an operator that is clearly a foodie. Good cocktails. The Old Fashioned is smoked. They specialize in exotic meats such as Elk and Buffalo. I got the strip steak. Value is there. Accompaniments are very good. Don't be afraid to try the Buffalo. The food was spectacular. The Wagyu melts in your mouth. The Buffalo NY Steak is tender and flavourful. The appetizers (duck sausage and Chorizo al vino) was an excellent.
