I usually love coming here since it’s the only Macado’s around and the food has always been spot on but today’s service was AWFUL. We had a young blonde waiter and she didn’t bring us utensils. (After saying she would be back with them) We eventually just decided to start eating with our hands and I drank my soup out the bowl because she never even came back to our table. Never came back to refill our drinks or give us our bill. Checked the front 2-3 times to find someone but nobody was there. The food was amazing but whoever served us today you need to be fired or find a different job. Who doesn’t bring utensils at a restaurant?!! For over an hour??! What a joke. Food was cold when we finally got it nearly an hour and fifteen minutes after we ordered. The other half of our party had gotten their food and finished it before ours arrived. The wait time and absolutely no visits by waitstaff to our table gave us plenty of time to look around and realize how filthy it was inside. We’ve had slow food and bad service at this location before but thought we’d give it another chance. We’ll have some gas station hotdogs before we try Macado’s again. I called to order to go today (1/12/24) and when I got there my food was ready to go. Once I got home, my food was still warm, after a 20min car ride. Disgusting. Place is covered in dust, the food is ALWAYS cold, Saw a fight almost break out and management didn’t care, they was really just watching. I’ve seen the manger Chris getting plastered at the bar as well. I’d like to think this review will do anything but I know the owner Richard and he cares very little about his chain of restaurants, and it definitely shows with who he hires to run things. Very obvious Chris was bullied as a child so now he decides to bully his employees and customers. Watch out for that gross little smirk on his gross little rat face. :)

Fries were good. My wife's burger was very good. My Teriyaki Chicken Tacos were tasty but cold. For some reason tonight. The kitchen was not keeping up. We were even warned at the hostess stand that it would probably be about 30 minutes or more for our food to be delivered. They were short staffed I'm guessing but it took a long time to get our order put in because the person taking care of us was everywhere. The memorabilia was good but other Macados has better.
