I love Lula’s and so does both of my daughters. The staff is always very polite. The prices are great and the drinks are always well made. Just an all around good place. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Yesterday I went in to get a coffee, and I went out to my car and the entire coffee spilled all over my friend’s car and the coffee shop parking lot. I went back in to get another coffee(fully expecting to pay for another one) and the wonderful barista made me a fresh one at no charge! The day I was there the A/C was not working so the ovens were off to help keep the dining area cool so I chose something that didn’t need to be heated. No one at fault on anything just the A/C. I ordered from the app and the Caramel Crème Frappe was ready when we got there…. Literally 10 mins! I was impressed!!
