They were out of Horchata and then could not enter my rewards. They did not offer to help me figure out how to help a loyal customer. I love the food here, but the service was unfortunately not up to snuff this time. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

I would recommend taco bell over this chain. Similar to a worse version of Chipotle.... Looks so promising in the photos and comes out absolutely terrible! Get QUALITY ingredients! Small indoor area with every table dirty. Surprisingly plenty of staff who were attentive despite the low customer number in store. Will not be back. As always clean resturaunt, great service and folks who care about their job. Some of the young adults from the high school across the street are learning valuable work ethic skills.
