Best pizza in Bloomington. Great atmosphere and friendly service. The pizza is amazing. When you’re looking for good times, good pizza, and good drinks get on down to Lucca Grill. Best to make reservations. Open for lunch and dinner. Plenty of parking in the back. Service is quick, but take your time and enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Lucca's has delicious pizza, and it always feels like you have been taken back in time to a pizza parlor on the East Coast. Great service! The thin crispy crust is the best around. We love the garlic cheese bread with their homemade chunky marinera sauce. It's literally the best marinara dipping sauce! I like to pile it on each piece of cheesy bread goodness, and it is chef's kiss. These are pics from our visit to dinner last night, and it was just extra. First time getting their onion rings, and they were the best onion rings I've had. Pro tip: make reservations for Fri or Sat night because they book up. Absolutely perfection. 8 people at the table and each of us loved our food. Waitress was amazing and kept our drinks full and removed empty dishes. Already recommended to a lot of my friends. As soon as you enter the restaurant you can tell that it's an Italian place. So rustic but yet authentic. Food was very good. The artichoke dip we ordered was probably the best of the lot. You always would want to go back to it even after getting your main course. I tried their Pesto pasta. Pasta was fresh and delicate but would have gone for a tiny bit more salt. We stopped to see this iconic Route 66 restaurant, and really wish we would have eaten dinner there. The restaurant was packed, and the interior looked really fun and inviting, and of course, historic. Maybe next time.
