I'm a tourist that wanted to explore the more niche parts of Northern European culture, and this was easily one of the best parts of my trip. The food is absolutely phenomenal, albeit a little bit big. The staff was extremely accommodating to my broken Norwegian, and even made told me of their favorite foods as recommendations.
