The hostess at the entrance wasn't the most personable, felt like I was more of a burden interrupting her. Took the waiter a bit to realize we were even seated, so took him a bit to get our drink orders. Waiter was very nice. I asked for a steak that was Med-Well and when I got it, it was definitely more Med and on the more red side. Having worked here in the past, I chose to dine here because I understand the cleanliness and level of service expected. With that, Kaylee K was our waitress this evening. If I could give her 10 stars I would. I NEVER write reviews but she deserves some recognition. Smile on her face, swift to refill drinks, never forgot a thing, and just overall top notch. My steak was extremely overcooked and I could not even bring myself to say something because she was so kind! Celebrated working my first tattoo convention here on Sunday. Staff was wonderful even if we showed up 2ish hours before closing. Food was delicious!
