This is another great Longhorn Steakhouse location. The service is always friendly and efficient and the food is great. In my opinion they put too much seasoning on the steaks when they cook them. That's my fault because I always forget to ask mine to be cooked without the seasoning. They are a pretty good value compared to a lot of other restaurants nowadays. The service is exceptional, very friendly and check back often. Restaurant is nice and clean even though it's a bit boring since none of the pics or decorations never change. Still a great place to eat. From the moment we sat down, the service was horrible. Not a friendly greeting, no drink order, menus were given and that was it. Came back to take food order and didn't see her after that. Asked other server for drinks. Dishes piled up, dessert not offered. She made sure we knew she's been there 5yrs. Not once did she apologize. Husband asked her if we did something to offend her. She said no and walked away. Mason was our server and she was beyond rude and unpleasant. We have been going to Longhorns for 10+yrs and this was by far the worst experience ever!
