I don't typically put a bad word out into the chaos of the internet but this one truly deserves it. On multiple occasions, I have had awful experiences. From a blatant disregard for proper customer service to getting someone else's entire order instead of my own. One snowy Monday night, I stopped through to pick up a crispy chicken sandwich dinner for my son who just finished bowling practice, there were just 3 cars ahead of me but it took quite some time to get up to the window. I noticed quite a few Door Dash orders in the time it took me to approach the window so I specifically gave the window cashier an extra $6+ on top of the already $13 I was spending and told ol' boy to keep the change and that the night was almost over for him. He looked at me and said, "Bet" and turned around and closed the window lmao. That one dinner that evening was made/rang in incorrectly. I've been in the industry for 15 years and have yet to have any experience close to that. Yikes Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
