Another great meal here at Lone Wolf. The waiter, Carson was absolutely fantastic. My only complaint is that they discontinued the complimentary bread and butter service an have now made it a $7.00 purchase. Google lead me to this restaurant. If it would have told me it was in the Jackson Rancheria casino I would not have gone. The casino was thick of cigarette smoke there was no escaping it. The food was delicious but the wait for a table would have been over 2 hrs. We ate at the bar. The tables are to short making eating dinner awkward. The bartender orders and food is delivered. The service was okay, my water stayed empty for quite a while, though the server was very friendly. The food, I had jagerschnitzel, was outrageously rich and salty (hence my need to have water constantly). The schnitzel was juicy and crunchy, the mushroom sauce was luxuriously rich and way too salty. The spatzle was very crunchy, almost like unpopped corn kernel, quite a bit of chewing needed. The roasted vegetables were perfectly done, coated in a rich sauce. All together too unnecessarily rich. The dessert, cream brulee, was fantastic.
